Graham Screen

Graham has 30 years local government experience, culminating at board level and has a track record of innovation, organisational development, successful relationship building, and effective delivery of difficult and complex projects.  Since 2008 he has been an independent consultant with a focus on strategy formulation and ICT delivery at a local, regional and national level. Graham has made specific contributions to supporting the Welsh Assembly Government in the development of Welsh public service policy in relation to ICT, access transformation and service modernisation.  He has managed cross-cutting multi-million pound construction and use projects, involving local authorities, health organisations and the police, providing project management, financial control and decision support .Other aspects included building effective working relationships between public and private sector partners and handling sensitive communication and consultation issues in relation to interest groups and the general public.
