In this context and drawing on a carefully selected group of very experienced associates of standing in their respective fields, we are therefore able to provide clients with consultancy, project and interim management support in various service sectors and specialisms, in local and central government, housing organisations, the health service, education, universities and the not for profit sector in this country and overseas.
Example One
A newly formed housing organisation which was facing a critical external review and inspection in order to secure its future funding, had inherited a seriously failing and dysfunctional component of its service which was burdened with massive debt, rock bottom customer confidence, incompetent management and poorly motivated staff. Our consultant took on the task of tackling these problems by establishing and implementing a two stage recovery and improvement plan which over the course of six monrths achieved a major turn round and set the service on course for significant improvement, progress in which was confirmed by an independent external inspection and subsequently by the organisation securing the funding for improvement which it needed in order to succeed. 
Example Two
A joint local authority controlled supplies organisation was discovered to have serious problems following a senior management disciplinary investigation. Our consultant was asked to take on the role of Interim Director and maintain operations while undertaking a review of the business and reporting findings and recommendations to the joint local authority partners. The review revealed that the service was not sustainable and continuation would lead to both escalating financial loss which would fall as a burden on Council Tax payers and major reputational damage for the partner authorities. The consultant was commissioned to prepare a plan for closing the business, redeploying the staff,  ensuring clients had alternative sources of supply and disposing of stock and equipment while minimising costs and reputational damage. This was achieved over the course of six months by means of a carefully planned and managed process.
